Had a great experience with Sean! Came in to test drive a Tesla MY, I was not ready to buy that day but I left knowing that's the car I wanted and the dealership I want to work with. Sean was very down to earth, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, it was the car I wanted plus my first choice color! Thanks Sean and Electric Car Corner!

We purchased our Tesla Model Y with 94k miles from the Electric Car Corner (Auto Outlets) in August 2025. We had a very good buying experience with the sales department. Sadly, I can not say the same for the service department. The trunk latch never worked right even before purchasing the car. The issue was known by the sales representative, and at the time of the sale, the salesman noted that they would fix it. They ordered new parts, tried to fix it, told us it was fixed. After one car wash (Not high-pressure, equivalent to heavy rainfall), water flooded the back of the car. We tested it with a hose (Not high-pressure)—same problem. The second time it was in their service center, they adjusted the trunk to stop the water leak, but unfortunately it was not aligned properly causing the power trunk to not latch correctly. The service manager was hard to reach—calls and voicemails sat for weeks. When we finally talked, she said not to expect perfection since it's a used car with 94k miles. The service manager also told us the trunk was leaking due to a "high pressure car wash". Also, before purchasing the car we pointed out the rear right door was misaligned—noticeable if you look, especially compared to the left side. We showed it to the salesman; he agreed and made note they would fix it. When it went to their body shop they stated that "They didn't see anything that affected how the door works." The loaner vehicles that we received for both service visits were very subpar...particularly one that had extremely noticeable exhaust fumes coming into the car through the air vents, as well as being very dirty. The last time we spoke to a representative, they said they are not able to fix the trunk issue. We would recommend this dealer for sales, but if service is needed, I would most definitely look elsewhere.

Auto outlets of Farmington did a fantastic job of keeping me abreast of the Jeep gladiator that they had for sale. Kyle especially went out of his way to make sure that I knew what the status of the vehicle was while I was preparing to make the purchase.

Great Car! Great listener. Met all of my needs. Really helped my spirit after being rear ended on last car. I would get a future car from them! Check them out!
