Just kind, honest, trustworthy, patient (took the time to explain the features) incredibly knowledgeable! from the moment I stepped out of my vehicle to test drive his, nothing but transparency & communication was key. Always responds when I text or call. He made the whole process very smooth, easy & fun!! The best experience I’ve ever had-purchasing a vehicle. I was calling my son before my vehicle was even delivered, telling him he has to get a car from WNY Auto Sales! Guess what… he got one too!! Oh yeah-he had my vehicle delivered closer to me so I didn’t have to drive back to Macedon. It doesn’t get no better than that. Don’t go anywhere else!!! Thank me later
