I called this place and they said they would run my credit and see what they can do. Said they would call me back in an hour they ran my credit I shared with them I have been through two repossessions I have a deal worked for the one and I am working to get a deal worked on the other one. I have money to put down and then they said they would call me back I was told to come back and apply to these folks as they care about their customers. Instead of being told no they cannot help me nothing. It's fine. Well I have credit issues and challenges I was told they could help me so I trusted them they ran my credit out to everyone and instead of just picking up the damn phone to tell me no they cannot help they just completely blew me off. Not a very good place call you back in an hour and days go by and its nothing. Im only leaving this review because they never bothered to keep their word to call me back just completely left me hanging. It's a shame that places like this have to run my credit without any regard to telling me the story of what the outcome was. I will fix my bad credit and when I do this is not the place to do it with. I have money in the bank to use as a down payment and then this is how they do you. Shameful i trusted them to get me an answer yes or no. And just nothing.

Spoke with Steve on A Wednesday evening, two seperste occasions, about a vehicle he stated was available. Provided financials over the phone, and subsequently was given bank terms for purchase. Advised he would be in the office on Saturday at 10 am. Arrived at 9:40, waited for his arrival only to be met with the vehicle having been sold. 25 minutes to his location was time which could have been directed toward a vehicle that was actually available for purchase. Zero communication beforehand on his end, even though he had my contact information. POOR BUSINESS! Buyers Beware

View on GoogleI went to this dealership yesterday to test drive a 2015 gmc terrain the pictures of the vehicle looked great then when I got there I walked in the door to say I was interested in the gmc terrain and the one guy says o the one that's loud and they were very rude and unfriendly. I go to test drive it and it smells like a dead animal in the car. I turned it on and check engine light came in as soon. As I turned the car on. It was a rough driving car and tons of rust all around the car the tires were bald and there was a bunch of dents on it as well. I drove it down to the auto zone down the road for them to check the codes on the car and turns out it had 3 major issues come up with the vehicle so I go back with the car and tell them I'm not interested so I decided to test drive the Kia Sorento they had it drove decently but again it didn't smell clean and there was an oil leak and tons of rust again bald tires and the drivers side mirror was all broken and the back up camera was broken and a bunch of dings and dents on it as well. I told the guy I was interested I got a bad feeling about this place and I wouldn't risk buying a vehicle here they are all garbage piece of junk cars that clearly are not reliable vehicles
