ALPCO Recycling

First time at ALPCO didn't disappoint. I've always heard good things but they're a little far for me but went i went to my normal place I won't name, the line was long and didn't move so I ventured to alpco and it was great. Very fast friendly service , good prices, great experience overall, found my new scrap yard !

Whether its cardboard, general trash, etc. This place is awsome to come to, and the guys on cardboard/trash area are always awsome to chat with while passin em the stuff I bring here. My first time going to this facility did not disappoint. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Very professional operation, well done!

Nothing fancy but it has the best rate per pound for garbage. Our family has been using them for over a decade and will keep using them. Easy straightforward process to drop off metal or garbage. Can drop off cardboard for free. I will say it can get muddy in early spring or during the heavy rainy months.

I run a small landscape company, i was on the way to alpco sometime in May. My trailer was overloaded with weight its a small wooden trailer not the best thing in the world but working with what i got. I was about 3 minutes away when i noticed smoking coming from the back of my trailer. No joke a mile away and my tire on my trailer blows up from the weight being to heavy the tire was rubbing against the wood of my trailer. I was out of luck and didnt know what to do and alpco was closing in 5 minutes. I called alpco and honestly just asked for help because i didnt know what else to do. They asked me where i was and asked for a picture of the tire. 20 minutes later two guys in a truck pull up and said there from alpco and they found a spare tire for me, they jacked up my trailer put it on and then let me keep my trailer at alpco over night, i went to tractor supply the same day and bought a new tire. The next day i went back early morning at open and there my trailer sitting there all jacked up again with the spare off waiting for me to put the new one on. Ive been meaning to write this for a while. Alpco may be a good spot to dump unwanted clutter, but the business is ran by some of the nicest people you will meet. After that i actually look forward to taking debris there, to say hi to the nice woman selling her homemade baked goods at the checkout window, and to possibly run into and have a conversation with some of the great people working there. I will continue to use Alpco in the future and recommend them to everyone i know. With much thanks, Aidan Splitrock Landscaping
