Got my oil change and tire rotation done here, everything took less than an hour and now my car is running smoothly once again! Shoutout to Keith, Santos, Evans, Zach, Kobe, Pat, Brian, Alberto, and Emilie for the great service!

Ordered tires online to ship to Macedon as they said I could pick them up that day. I drove the 45 minutes there to get told they needed to ship there first. I left and drove back 2 days later as the app said I could pick them up after 5:59 pm. I showed up at 5:55 and the doors were locked. When I looked online it said the tires were delayed. Never got a notice for them being delayed. Went to cancel the order and get a refund and was told I couldn't do that but if I didnt pick them up I'd be refunded in 10 days.

I don’t write reviews often but this experience def needed one. 5 stars for labor because I ordered my tires online, was given an hour to get all 4 mounted and balanced and it was exactly that. An hour and they were on and good to go. So thank you as well to the guys in the back. But my real 5 stars goes out to Jason at the auto center counter. As soon as I heard him cracking jokes and being quick witted and said “sorry I’m a little weird” to the other customer and making people at the very least smile, I knew I was going to like that guy lol. Customer service has really fallen in this day and age. Most employees walk around like they don’t want to be there, don’t interact, don’t want to do their job etc. and honestly, you might think it doesn’t matter. But to some of us, it makes all the difference. It’s like eating at a restaurant…the food could be terrible but if the service was excellent then it doesn’t really matter. Thank you Jason. I know you were being yourself, and maybe that’s a typical day for you…. but I wanted you to know you really made a difference in my day. You’re a cool dude, great customer service and personality, and also got me in an out and knew what you were doing on the job as well. Top notch bud

The Macedon, NY Walmart Auto Center is awesome. I needed a small tire repaired and the staff went out of their way to provide a great experience. They made things easy for me and kept me informed. They exceeded their timeline estimates and took some extra effort to fix my tire problem. And, didn't charge me a lot. I will definitely be back and recommend them to others. Thank you!

They don’t pick up their phone. Bad phone customer service and their auto techs are not great. Their tire prices are decent and installation is better than most.
