Todd's Towing (Macedon NY)

Had a tire pop on Christmas! Our roadside assistance got me Todd's Towing, and they brought us Anthony, he responded quickly, took care of swapping out the tire with the spare with ease and speed, was cool, kind, and overall did a great job in a rough spot in the middle of Christmas day! I dont know where the positive reviews are coming from. Over the last few years I have called many times and always get a recorded message saying to call back in 90 seconds. Ypu call back and get the same message.

I would rate them a 0 if possible. I called AAA for a tow to my house and Todd’s responded to the call. They had no trouble picking the truck up and getting it to my house. However, when they got here the driver said he couldn’t get in the driveway, didn’t even try. He then proceeded to leave my truck on the side of the road, a MAIN state road. Before he did that I asked if he could bring it to a second location, he said no because he can only bring it to the listed location. I understand that but to leave it where he did was a danger to everyone. The weather was snowy and windy, the plow trucks couldn’t safely do their jobs, people couldn’t be safe driving in the bad weather. We made a second call to hopefully have a different tow company move the truck across the street into our driveway, but sadly Todd’s responded again. We were told that we had to pay 100, for a AAA call that was included in my membership. We had to pay them, because the police were sitting behind the truck on the main road so that people would have a better chance seeing a WHITE truck in a snow storm and be able to drive accordingly. The driver then again, after he puts the truck on the tow truck, said he can’t get in my driveway and towed it to a mechanic/gas station down the road. The mechanic is not a diesel mechanic, truck is diesel, and left it in the parking lot of the gas station. We were then told that the truck had to be removed from the gas station parking lot by 9pm or it would be impounded. Whatever driver we got was the worst possible. He was rude and dismissive. He is a representation of this company. If he’s like that, they all are.
