Had a flat that morning. Called Mr Tire. Got an appt that day within the hour. Ended up with 4 new tires at a great price and great service. Conner was excellent. He said he’d get me out of there in time for me to be at my next appointment and he did. Very friendly and professional. Great job.

Made appt 12/5 for 12/6 at 10:30am. Arrived at location, tires not in stock. They had me come back at 4pm. Took 2 hours to put tires on. 12/8 I need to put air in 1 tire, not weather related. Staff pleasant to me but very unprofessional. Call all on speaker phone. Talking to each other so everyone can hear conversations, vulgar language. Sign says under new management, the really need to be present.

I stopped in without an appointment with a tire concern. Without hesitation Jaeyal immediately examined all my tires , removed all snow and ice, checked for issues and even added window washer fluid as mine was empty . When I asked what I owed he said “please don’t worry about it”. He was extremely polite and professional, something that seems rare these days. Highly recommend.
