Brought car in and explained a vibration under driver's side floor that was noticeable at 45mph. Received call 1 hour later by service manager that after test driving the car it was recommended that the front brake pads and rotors (which were low) are causing the vibration. I reaffirmed if this will fix the vibration. He said yes! I said, I don't want the brakes repaired if it won't fix the vibration. He said we will test the car after the repair to be sure, but that this will fix the problem. I picked up the car at the end of the day and as soon as I hit 45mph - there was the same vibration.

I had a 2pm appointment, go there check in and sat in the lobby and I noticed it was 3:30 pm and my vehicle was not in a Bay Area getting a full set of tires I was there, once I spoke up they started the work and I didn’t leave until 6:30pm, I’m only disappointed because this was an appointment not a walk in….

Having worked in my own cars for years I was impressed by the technician’s care with each tire and rim he worked on. His proficiency with checking the foot pounds of each lug nut and the care he took with the car. I don’t see that in many shops. First time here. Won’t be the last.

Will is the person that I made my appointment with and his customer service was horrible. I was told that it would take 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours for my appointment but when I arrived on yesterday they said that it would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours. My appointment was for 8 AM. They did not take my car back until 8:30AM. Because the service was going to take so long, I ended up getting a ride to drop me off at work upon leaving the service center. I received a call from Will stating that there was a state statute to require me to buy additional tires. I told him I was not interested in buying additional tires. He got upset and told me that they would not sell me any tires if I didn’t buy four. I told him I no longer wanted to purchase any tires. Give me the alignment and I will come and pick up my car, once I arrived at work I looked for the NYS statute. There is no statues in NYS that required me to buy four tires. He tryied to force me to buy additional tires by lying. I will NEVER return.

Straight losers. Went in for an $21 inspection sticker. Cost me $550. Went to small claims. Sure enough they gave me all but $21 back. Wasted 4 hours of my time and two uber rides home and back. Careful using this place.
