Got a tire pressure warning at 4am just right before my trip back home. My trip got delayed and tried to find a place that opens early and able to fix my flat. I am glad I found this place because they were welcoming and willing to help. Also, it seemed like they really serve the community very well. Honest, Skilled, and Truly Customer-Focused! I took my 14-year-old car to a big-name repair chain for brake issues, where they quoted me $2,200 for a full brake job (even when the pads were under warranty)—saying my pads, rotors, and calipers all needed complete replacement. Something didn’t sit right, so I brought it to B&B Automotive for a second opinion. The guys at B&B actually took the time to inspect and save my existing calipers, saving me nearly $500 in the process! They understood I was on a budget and still made sure everything was done safely and correctly. I had my brakes, state inspection, and an oil change done at half the cost the other place quoted me for the brake job alone. To top it off, they realigned my front bumper at no charge—without me even asking. They’re the most honest, hardworking, and down-to-earth mechanics I’ve ever worked with. In a world where it’s hard to know who to trust, B&B proved there are still shops that genuinely care about their customers. They’ve definitely earned a customer for life!

An excellent shop with great guys who have rescued me several times when my car broke down unexpectedly, and provided advance maintenance many times. Highly recommended.

I moved here for graduate school from California about 3 years ago. I shipped my car here from Cali and had an appointment for the inspection at a different place so I could legally drive the car. That place messed up my appointment so I was frantically calling around and B and B Automotives took me in immediately and close to their closing hours! They gave me very similar vibes to my family's mechanic back home so I have been coming here for the yearly inspection and anything. Since my car is from California, I didn't even think about the wiper fluid and how cold it gets here. Long story short my whole wiper fluid system froze, but these lovely people took care of it and then made sure I knew to get some wiper fluid from here that is good for the winter lol. Haven't had an issue since! Their prices are excellent and they work quickly too. I had to get a battery changed last minute, $225, which I'm quite happy with considering the cost of the battery itself and the labor of them installing it and testing it. Very friendly people too.
