George & Bob's Services

I was looking for a new auto repair shop and I found it! I stopped in the shop after getting gas. The owner assisted me and scheduled the appointment within a couple of days which I was extremely happy about! They diagnosed the issue and made the repair within that day! Thanks again for the excellent care and service! It's greatly appreciated!

Until now I had only the best experience with George & Bob' Services. They've aways been here for me and my car - until today... When I'm desperately trying to get help, standing there with a car that's practically not drivable anymore, after bringing them not only my car with some costly repairs, but got them at least two new customers, and they don't think my car is 'an emergency' and I'm worth being helped, I'm afraid, that's the last time they've seen me! (And don't even think, I'll remain quiet about it; half the Western Hemisphere will know!)

George and Bob's is in my neighborhood, and I'll never take my car anywhere else. I leave feeling confident in the service that's been done. I'm not incredibly knowledgeable about cars, but the service advisors always make sure I understand what they're proposing before I sign off on it. Maybe most importantly, they make recommendations that accommodate both my budget and the safety of my car.

Absolutely stand up group of guys. Very honest and reputable. Been bringing my vehicles there for years. Would highly recommend them to any family or friends.

What differentiates George and Bob's from other Irondequoit auto shops is their excellent customer service and attitude. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. You never feel like you're an imposition nor will they speak gruffly to you. They've given me same day service on several occasions. They can also perform factory maintenance. They don't try to oversell, just give the options and let you decide. We're fortunate to have an outstanding repair shop like this in Irondequoit!
