Goodyear Auto Service

I was quoted $40 for a tire rotation but they charged me almost $60. I called afterwards and was told they never told me $40 which they did. Anyhow, they told me they would take off some money from a oil change next time. That to me is them admitting they over charged me. Should have just charged me the quote they gave me over the phone. Nice young man at the counter but you can't change the price after the service is done. Disappointed other than that everything was fine

I had an outstanding experience at this Goodyear. Scheduling an appointment was simple, and the team was both flexible and courteous throughout the process. They did excellent work on my car and even took the time to provide helpful advice about some issues I’d been experiencing. The shop itself is impressive—large, clean, and well-organized. The waiting area was comfortable and welcoming, which is a refreshing change from many auto repair shops that often feel cramped or uninviting. I’m very glad I found this location and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

This was my first experience with this location and I am so glad I came. Easily scheduled my inspection online and received a courtesy reminder call, as today approached. Car did need some additional work however Jake clearly explained what was needed and why. The price was reasonable and repairs completed in no time. Mike was fantastic, as well. The Irondequoit Goodyear will be my go-to from now on, just for their customer service alone. .

This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received from an auto service shop. I called to confirm my appointment that I booked online yesterday due to an emergency from a flat tire. When I spoke to an agent he was rude and disregarded my urgent need telling me he had 4 appointments ahead of me from 8am - 9am and I called in at 8:10am. I already ordered and paid for a tire also the installation. I set up a tow truck to take my vehicle in. He stated I would need to purchase two tires or even 4 tires before even evaluating or looking at the tires on my vehicle. I explained my situation and that I recently took it to get the tires rotated so asked if it can be looked at. He proceeded to talk over me and stated he couldn’t look at it until the end of the day 5pm when it only was a few cars already booked ahead of me. He disregarded what I tried to explain to him even when I informed him my tires are still new with good thread as I just purchased my jeep compass a few months ago. I cancelled the appointment and took my business elsewhere. It’s not good service to speak to people how he talked to me very condescending.and a lack of empathy for me as a paid customer. I advise to always call to check before you book online and or take your vehicle to this location for any service.
