Stop in to Monroe muffler at 999 east ridge rd Rochester NY on 5/7/2026 was greeted by Juliette and Jordon, they both help me with my brake issues. they knew what I needed and walked me through every step of what was needed and how much it would cost. they were friendly and very accommodating. I will be going back for all of my Vehicle needs. its very important to be able to trust the team that works on a $75,000 Truck. Thank you so much for all your help!!!!! Rick

On Thursday night I hit a pothole and messed up my rim really bad. My tire was leaking air and I was freaking out so I came to Mavis Friday morning. Max and the other guys helped me out and I’m so appreciative. Amazing service, not a long wait time, and now my rim is bent back and my tire isn’t leaking air. Thank you so much for the amazing service!

I went for a oil change after that, they did not put the sticker on the windshield has a reminder & they didn't know how to reset the oil reader on my vehicle. I came all the way back to the location for them to correctly finish what they started. I had another appointment at this location but because no staff was there until later, my appointment was moved to a later time of the day. I left totally dissatisfied. I Can not recommend this location for service to anyone. Monroe Muffler locations seem unable to keep good employees, therefore it creates a problem for the customer. You make it easy for customers like me to pay the extra money to know I'll get the work done right some place else. I have had my vehicle serviced with Monroe Muffler for years and now I'm truly disappointed.

The Front Desk Attendant was very welcoming. I missed my Inspection Date and explained I needed a Walk-In Appointment ASAP. ***Plus...I had a Sleeping Baby with me! He got us right in. The Technicians did the required Service on my vehicle and when completed, they even parked my car at the front entrance so that I can easily put my baby back into her car seat. Went in for a catalytic converter replacement and it was the worst experience car wasn't test driven after so I did test it and returned in a few minutes due to noise was told it's your converter but that's what I just paid you to replace.the staff seemed very nice until I paid for the service then any issues after wasn't their concern.its been such an horrible experience trusting that your paying for a quality service.yet these mechanics do more damage than corrections which costs you more and they never wanna take responsibility back years ago monro was the go to place the old owners took care of the customers these new owners not so much.it was a learning experience I won't make again
