West Herr Toyota of Orchard Park Service and Parts

I had an appointment for a recall to be done. I had gone in a week early as I had my dates confused. They were able to accommodate and done a fine job. I appreciate the video they sent as a part of their inspection and sent the result with their suggestions for future service.

Took our new vehicle in for an oil change, using our Toyota care benefit. The service tech who performed the maintenance left a large white unknown stain larger than your hand in size on the seat, the seat was also reclined all the way back. This is how they handed over the vehicle. My wife had to go back in to report the stain on the seat. Someone tried to wipe off the unknown substance and then just sent out the door. Completely unprofessional, at least put the seat back in the upright position afterwards. No other remedy or solution to clean the crap off the seat. Just want I want in a brand new vehicle. We have bought too many vehicles from West Herr over the years, I expected much more than the poor service we received. But don’t worry, I’ll spend half a day scrubbing the stains out of the leather

I had to arrive early and was hoping that my service would not take as long as I had a last minute MD appointment. Caitlin was able to get my service going a bit earlier and I had notified my MD I would be a bit late… I was able to be just 15 minutes late!!!! Thanks Caitlin🥰

Our hybrid RAV4 was in for scheduled service. In the process the dealer found a problem with cables involved in the hybrid system. Toyota covered the issue at no cost to us. Also they provided a Hertz rental car for us to use… It took several weeks for the parts to come into the dealership. That problem was fixed, along with the other scheduled service. We are very pleased with WestHerr Orchard Park Toyota for fixing our cable problem and their friendly service. Their staff (Nicole) was most helpful and professional… Their high tech coffee machine also provided the best coffees for their customers! A great dealership.

I had great service with Caitlin! She was kind and professional! I think the price of an oil change/tire rotation is a bit high, but...it is the dealer. Sobi kind of expect that. The wait wasnt too bad and the longe was comfortable. Wish the coffee was better!
