The car they fixed for me took six months to complete. The body work was completed and looked good. BUT... The car's Bluetooth radio didn't function when it was returned (??), the shifter was broken and its parts were in a bag. They kept the car for an extra month to fix the sunroof and the sunroof wasn't repaired. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

My Mom needed a new windshield for her Subaru. She had an appointment within 36 hours. The price, speed, and service were all great. Repeat customer, never had problems. Ron had excellent customer service!

Let me start by saying you choose a place to take care of you and your vehicle at a vulnerable time. This place did not do so. Multiple push backs and several delays.They missed the completion date by 3 weeks! It cost me an additional $350+ for a rental car after my 30 day insurance coverage ran out. They claimed to have ordered the correct part but the incorrect part arrived which cost me the extra time and money spent on the rental. They did not offer to help with the cost on my end which seems like poor customer service since it’s obviously not the customer’s fault when this happens. They called 2 days before pick up about a seized up brake caliber and if I wanted to have them fix it. I declined since I didn’t want even more time without my vehicle. We took it to another shop and it was not a seized up brake caliber. The day finally came to pick it up and I was told 4:30. My husband was there at 4:15 and was told that they found an imperfection in the paint and were going to be about 15-20 more minutes. Then after that time passed they came back and said it would be significantly more time and that could pick it up in the morning. He chose to stay and wait since we live an hour away. Finally got it around 6:30pm. After coming home we found evidence of A MOUSE NEST IN MY GLOVE BOX from the car sitting so long at the shop!! The body work was subpar. Body lines don't match up and it’s missing clips based on how flimsy it is. What can I do? Send it back for weeks on end and having to pay for a rental car again? I do not recommend this place, go to another reputable shop. Do your homework, look at reviews. It shows.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, YOU WILL BE SORRY! Took our new 2024 RAV 4 here for a minor rear end accident. The car was repaired rather quickly and that's about the only good I can say for this place. Over the past 4 months I've returned to this shop 4 times to have clips replaced after popping out and the bumper had to be replaced because it warped. I took it back again today because the clips, that hold the parts together, keep coming out. I was told by "NATE" that there was nothing more he could do, unless I wanted to pay for it. I couldn't believe my ears. He said I should try reaching out to our insurance co. I told him I may be reaching out to a lawyer if this is not fixed properly. If you're in need of collision work I would steer clear of this place. (I'm only speaking for the Hamburg location). The pictures show where the clips pop out and how the bumper they put on warped and what it is supposed to look like. Also, as you can see in other reviews, "NATE" is cocky and does not know how to treat customers.

Drivers side door damage. Took longer to repair due to waiting on paint booth. When I picked up car they had missed an area inside the door, my window would not work properly, and I could not unlock door with key fob. Nate from customer service was extremely apologetic and had me bring the car back in and promised it would be done in a day. The paint/repair inside the door was poorly done. A couple of plugs that go on the inside of the door were missing. They found one and wanted to order the other but at that point all I wanted was my car back and tell them they need a new paint guy. Will go elsewhere in the future if needed.
