Amherst - Hamburg Radiator

I was referring to this shop due to being told I need front brakes and rotors, well actually that was not the issue. From the very first phone call I made and spoke to Dan I was treated with respect and courtesy. Answered all my questions, and I felt confident I was in the right hands. Being a divorced woman, I wasn’t used to being alone and taking my vehicle in, they tend to mislead woman and give them false information to upsell! I know because it happened. As soon as I walked in, I was treated with a smile from rob and he was very friendly. Courtesy, respect and how I am treated goes a long way when I do business with an establishment, it builds trust. Then I spoke with Dan that addressed my issues with my vehicle and took care of everything to my satisfaction . As in waiting for my vehicle , I witnessed interactions with rob and the customers, what a great guy he is ! I have never been to an automotive repair shop to have such a great staff of men that genuinely care about their customers like these guys are. They are truly a gem 💎 in Hamburg. I sure will be letting friends and family know about this business. Thank you 😊 so much !

These guys are great with everything .one of the jobs was seal a gas tank for me that was 1 inch of black inside .

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They always take the time to hear what the customers is experiencing in the vehicle and very quick to help with anything out of the ordinary. I will always use this shop because the people here are great humans and they do amazing work.
