West Herr Ford Inc Service

Our 2022 F150 had to have the transmission repaired. The person we dealt with was Jesse Gibbens in service. He was extremely helpful and cooperative and when it was determined the only solution was a new granny he did everything in his power to expedite the process and offered a loaner car for as long as necessary. We decl I Ned that, but we're pleased when the work was done and he offered to have it delivered. Jesse was friendly, polite and knowledgeable and kept us well informed on the progress of the work. He is a very good employee you should value highly.

I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change, inspection and to have my rear window of my soft top looked at and I can say that I will NEVER be bringing a car back. I had an appointment at 9am the gentleman that i worked with was rude and short with me instantly telling me that he could do my oil change and inspection but not even look at my soft top I had a question about. Then 4 hours later I got a call (yet again very short and rude) saying that they could do the oil change but the inspection wouldn't pass because of a tint issue in the small quarter windows. My car has passed inspection for the last 5 years I have owned it with no changes (there is no tint issue). I looked into the inspection and he flat out lied to me saying that the inspection rules changed this year, they did not and told me that the window only allows 7% light through which is also just not true. Thats not even why I'm upset, I cant believe the lack of willingness to explain why they cant help or look at my soft top or give recommendations. I finally got a call back 6 hours after I dropped my car off, all they did was an oil change and when I asked about the soft top rear window it took another individual that worked there to offer a suggestion on where to go or how the windows in the soft top are secured. Overall just very poor customer service and a bad attitude.

I have only made 3 pmts on the purchase of my Escape and have had multiple issues with the service dept. NOT believing me that there was an issue with my vehicle. After multiple requests I finally had the Service Manager drive with me because the previous technician said everything was fine. Well, I only have had it at that time and it turned out that the Tourque converter needed to be replaced as well as the Drive Train! Previous to that I had to have a part replaced which was behind my glove box and after picking it up there were tools on my passenger side floor board as well as my fire wall insulation! I had to pay the deductible in regards to the converter and drive train. That was very disconcerting to me! Do think that that was fair! At least I had the foresight to purchase a Warranty! Wasn't expecting to use it in 3 months! I would like if possible to get my warranty payment payment back. If I have to I will call Steve Tasker, Josh Allen and or Mr. Bieller.

Funny I don't see my previous review posted here. Went here only because my vehicle had a recall. $250 to replace a fuse and I bought the part ! Service is rude and won't listen to you. I recommend going anywhere but West Herr. Money hungry.

Great service and my mechanic worked with my crazy schedule. For drop off and pick up of my vehicle, and the rental was brand NEW!
