Shaun and his team did an awesome job. Great communication of the repairs that were needed and time frame of how long the truck would be in for repairs. Shaun utilized his knowledge and professionalism to handle the extended warranty from another dealership. Employees like Shaun at West Herr are the reason why i won’t go back to the dealership that i bought the truck from.

I received my first complimentary oil change and tire rotation on 5/12/26. I also had a recall addressed at that time also. Overall I will say I’m satisfied with the service I have received at West Herr Chevy in Hamburg NY. However, that being said I must point out a couple things that bothers me about service in general these days including what happened on my visit. My tire rotation was completed but they failed to reset the proper tire air pressure as they are not the same from the front to the rear tires. Not a big deal but if I were paying for the service it would have really ticked me off. The second thing is that I had a service in the fall of 2025 to repair the surround camera system to replace a control module. That took 4 visits to correct the problem. Works great now! Thank you. But inadvertently a connection to the rear heated seats was left unconnected during that repair visit. I would have returned sooner but every visit is a minimum of 2-3 hrs and just wasn’t at the top of my list. My point is this. Just wish a little more attention to detail was given. Don’t want to be the complainer but you asked for my opinion. Overall I’m happy with the service I received from West Herr Chevy of Hamburg. They are friendly and do a good job overall otherwise. I would recommend them and will continue to use their services.

West Herr Chevrolet did an outstanding job with a full interior cleaning of my vehicle after it was repaired by West Herr Collision. Their attention to detail was perfect and the oil change was also done saving me another trip. Their communication with me during the process was excellent and overall I was beyond pleased but not surprised because it’s West Herr Automotive where customer service is tops. Thank you,

His customer service and communication are top notch – he’s always easy to reach, keeps me updated without having to be asked, and takes the time to clearly explain what’s going on and what to expect. Service was a recall before a long road trip. Tim Oakley was gracious and professional, got my part and car serviced within days. Shuttle drivers were friendly and available for drop off and return. Great experience 👍
