I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, always locally. This was my first experience buying a car from 800 miles away. Of course, I was leery. But after initially talking to Richard and hearing about the longtime family business, I immediately felt relieved and comfortable! I spoke with Richard several times. He was most accommodating, even Facetiming with me showing me, in detail, any part of the car I wanted to see. Even laying on the ground to show me video under the car! Once I decided to purchase the car, I mostly dealt with Sarah. She also went above and beyond to answer all my questions, handled all the paperwork completely and arranged enclosed shipping for my car. This turned out to be my best car-buying experience! Where to even start, this is probably one of the best car experiences I have ever experienced! I live in Oklahoma and they are in Hamburg New York and the quality of service was phenomenal.
