I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, always locally. This was my first experience buying a car from 800 miles away. Of course, I was leery. But after initially talking to Richard and hearing about the longtime family business, I immediately felt relieved and comfortable! I spoke with Richard several times. He was most accommodating, even Facetiming with me showing me, in detail, any part of the car I wanted to see. Even laying on the ground to show me video under the car! Once I decided to purchase the car, I mostly dealt with Sarah.
