The single employee of this location was working his butt off but there is only so much one Man can do. Between phones, multiple Vehicle services, handling walk in appointments, and cash outs. Vehicle runs and drives great. Get this guy some help and stop using overseas booking! If there are any other shops in the area looking for a hard working lead mechanic, you can poach the one guy they have, eliminate competition and get a dedicated worker out of it! Make him an offer ASAP!

Fred and Dave were amazing! Our family needed help during a holiday weekend trip and a flat tire. Traveling during a holiday weekend and needing help with a cat and all our stuff from Ohio to New York. They were kind and accommodating and let us wait with our pet inside while they worked on the car. Thank you guys so very much! Your kindness is very much appreciated and was so needed.

Both workers were very professional and realistic with time frames, monro needs to stop using off-site resources booking on the phone or online because those sources overbook jobs when the location does not have the staffing to handle, thus making customers do negative reviews / customer altercation. I doubt monro cares about their staff hence doing that type of "booking" they just want number stats and money while overworking their employees. But as I stated even with this work condition both employees were upbeat and constantly working to try to get as much done.

Im giving my experience 2 stars. The stars are for the employees. They were friendly and had alot of patience. The reason im not giving 5 stars is because I took my car in and ended up having to replace my entire muffler system, my back breaks and roaters done as well I had to pay almost $4500 for the job, which I know is already over priced, but as long as the work was done I was ok. But I left with my car after the work and 2 lights ended up showing up on my dashboard and when I drove the car it sounded like something was scraping or dragging. It made me very nervous to drive. I took it back yesterday to have them look at it to see what happened.... right now im still waiting. If they fix it properly and I have no more issues I will give more stars. ive already paid for the repairs so hopefully the figure it out.

Made an appt via phone call for Tuesday morning at 7:30am to get a state inspection. I arrive and the tech rudely informed me the inspector does not arrive until 9. Why would they allow me to make an appointment knowing no one could actually do the work? The tech just shrugged and said "You could make appointments all day long if you wanted but that doesnt mean anything to them." I asked if I could come in Saturday, and he said the inspector would arrive between 8 and 9. Which is it? How does a buisness operate like this? I made the appointment for 9 to be sure. This was TUESDAY. Today, Saturday, I arrived for my appointment and there is a crudely written sign on the door that said "No Inspections". Absoutely ridiculous. If they cant do inspections why let me schedule appointments? A simple phone call canceling it would have sufficed instead of a text message CONFIRMING the appointment. I wasted an incredible amount of time trying to get a simple thing done. I will not be returning to a Monro is this is standard buisness practice.
