Unfortunately, you’re not allowed to review unless you at least rate one star. They certainly do not deserve even a one star rating. The experience was absolutely terrible. The associate immediately had a bad attitude when I told him who my warranty was through and said they didn’t were a pain to deal with. We left the car with him, knowing that it needed repair. He called me later that day telling me he couldn’t get the parts and I should come pick up the vehicle. I challenged him several times that the parts were available locally and he said he could not get them. I was able to get the work done at another local garage. The parts were available, the service was wonderful, and they dealt promptly with my #Warranty company. I know 100% that I was sent away because it was going to be too much work. I 100% will never Step into another Monroe. I have never had good experiences and this last experience is truly the last.

I always have a great experience here. The team is consistently professional and friendly. I showed up a little early for my oil change, and they had no problem taking care of me right away. They were super nice throughout the whole visit and even checked over my car to make sure everything else looked good. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely be back! 🚗👍

Instead he started telling me pricing. I ONLY need to schedule a appt. Why, why, why do you hassle customers???
