As honest as they come. Highly recommend bringing your car here for work. They never push repairs on you and are incredibly fair in their pricing. They go the extra mile to make it worth bringing it to them. Excellent work and won’t take my family’s cars anywhere else

I’ve always felt comfortable asking questions about their recommendations and they’ve always taken the time to explain why is going on with my vehicle. Can’t recommend Joe’s enough for a high quality, trusted car service!
View on GoogleNeeded a second opinion on a quote / failed inspection that I received from a separate dealership shop I went to same day and got an astronomical quote from and happened to run across Joe’s Auto Service on Google. Gave the shop a call and the guy I spoke with on the phone said they could get me in immediately. Wow - I am so glad that I called. Spoke with a gentleman who I believe is Jim. He was incredibly helpful / knowledgeable, had my car inspected, provided recommendations and gave me some great advice (I am not very car-savvy). He was able to schedule my brake replacement right then and there (and I came pretty late in the day) and passed my inspection. Will definitely be coming back here to have my tires replaced as well - he provided some suggestions and recommendations for tires and let me know when I’m ready to give him a call back and they could pre-order the tires and have those ready for me when I’m back in town. HUGE shout out to Jim and the mechanic who worked on my Jeep. Was stressing and felt so much better after our conversation and his help. You guys rock!!
View on GoogleI've gotten great service the two times that I've been to Joe's auto. The second time, I had a broken windshield wiper and he didn't even charge me to fix it. What a lovely surprise! Highly recommend.
View on GoogleI took my truck to Joe’s with grinding in my front end. Everyone was very transparent with diagnosis and cost to repair. While I knew this was a bigger repair, they were confident in their work and fixed correctly and it all was done on the day of appointment. Very happy with service at Joe’s Auto
