We stopped in their lot on Friday, May 22, 2026 to see what cars they had. Ended up test driving a 2016 Ford Explorer. Liked the car and began the paperwork to purchase it. I had been driving a rental car while looking for a replacement car, because this Explorer was not ready to take home yet, Dave offered to pay two more days of my rental car until I could pick it up; this did not happen, just empty words on his part. I had a decent sized down payment and when I asked what the total was and how much was being financed, he gave me an amount and said that includes a two year warranty. You sign everything on an ipad these days so it wasn’t until days later when I read the email sent to me that there was no warranty included, he charged me $1895 for a two-year warranty. Never asked if I wanted to buy a warranty, told me it was included and then added it to the purchase price. To date, I still have no paperwork on a warranty, what it covers or does not cover, who its with, what to do if I need to use it, ecetera. The next day, Saturday the 23rd, he told me I could come Tuesday the 26th to pick up the Explorer. On Tuesday, I called three times to see when it would be ready for pick up. By this time I had to turn the rental car back in so I had to Uber to the lot to pick up the Explorer. Finally on the 3rd call, I was told to come after 3:30 p.m. to pick up the car. I get there after 3:30 p.m. and told I can’t have the Explorer today as there is a huge crack on the windshield right in front of the driver seat. There was no crack when I test drove it Friday. Now, I question if there was even a crack in it on Tuesday. So I took an Uber for nothing. He did give me a loaner for this one night so I could drive home and drive back the next day to pick up the car. Dave seemed super nice, but now knowing he added a almost $2K item onto the cost without even asking, I feel duped and would not go back there or recommend anyone to his sales lot.

Awful experience, was sold an awful car from here. $9,000 down the drain as these people sold me on a car with nothing but issue after issue for 2 years straight now I have to junk the car due to the frame rust. Awful place to buy a car BEWARE!

Dave and Terry took excellent care of me purchasing my truck. Friendly, professional, and very timely. Will definitely go back there next time

Crazy experience for real, idk what to say right now cuz I'm giving them one more shot and see how this time it turns out, I will report back after I find out what they're up to this time and how much it's going to cost me, very very suspect and aggravating so far, oh And EXPENSIVE!!!!! I WILL UPDATE SOON with 100% truth

Awesome service. Great to find honest upfront car and truck sales people. So helpful. They listened to my problem and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need! My whole family goes there for all their car needs.
