We got a flat tire and while waiting for the tow truck I called ahead to the shop to see if they could get us in quickly. He walked me through finding the information I needed to determine tire size and let me know they could get me in as soon as the tow truck arrived. I spoke to James and as soon as we arrived he was waiting for us. He quickly got us checked in and got our car in right away. The whole team worked quickly to get us back on the road (which was important with three kids waiting to get back to our road trip!) thank you James and team for helping us with a frustrating situation right at the start of our vacation!

This place royaling screwed my girlfriend over. We got one opinion from a small repair shop and told us the parts and things that needed to be fixed but the small company didn't deal with the insurance we had. So we took it to Goodyear, they said only half the stuff needed replacing and then proceed to tell the insurance company that they will replace some parts because the other parts that are causing an issue are not quite broken yet. So now our insurance won't cover those parts when they do break. Not even a couple weeks later, those said parts broke and now the car isn't drivable. Since Goodyear told the insurance about those parts without fixing them, the insurance company won't cover it, even though it is covered under warranty. Goodyear sat on our car for over a day after they fixed it because they couldn't figure out the insurance part on Goodyears end. We had to play phone tag and be the middle man between Goodyear and the insurance company. I would not recommend this place. The people who work here are rude and screw you over.

I’ve been coming here for years now with multiple cars, and the employees have always been great to work with. Brad and James in particular stand out. They’re honest, straightforward, and never try to sugarcoat anything, which I really appreciate. The work they’ve done for me has consistently been solid, and I always feel like I’m getting legitimate advice and service. I’ll definitely be back the next time my vehicle inevitably needs work again!

Been having tire pressure issues since fall. Always go to Goodyear for technicians to handle. They checked my tires when I brought in for an oil change and found a small nail. All good now! Tire pressure light hasn’t been in since!!! These guys and girls are great! Always well taken care of!!!
