I am so impressed with my service at Firestone in Hamburg. My tire issue was solved quickly and seamlessly, and with extremely friendly and helpful employees. As a woman I dread taking my car anywhere for fear that I will be talked into something I don’t need. The guys at Firestone were extremely professional and respectful, and I will definitely be returning!!!

Maurice is the best Store Manager! I am thrilled with the amazing customer service I received. He made my tire replacement service seamless. He went out of his way to help me get on my way! I highly endorse Firestone in Hamburg. Ask for Maurice!!

Went in for an oil change, inspection, alignment, and rotation... because they didnt properly align the front the last time, we had to buy 2 new tires. They called at 4:50pm and said they will be done in 10 minutes (we live 25 mins away)...got there and he said he closed the register and we had to come back... went back next morning and the car wasnt done. Something broke when they did the alignment... Moe was the better person and helped a lot, but their lack of communication and professionalism says a lot about how they value customers. Buying new tires because they didnt do their job was enough.

I have had excellent service and experience at this Firestone service center. Your employee Maurice has been an excellent assistance helper. This is why I come here and spend my money. After having some original disagreements with the shop they were able to get me situated and provide good customer service. Dan was great! Able to explain everything to me so that i understood. Mo made sure that all my issues were checked and triple checked prior to me leaving. Overall made up for the previous issue!
