I am so impressed with my service at Firestone in Hamburg. My tire issue was solved quickly and seamlessly, and with extremely friendly and helpful employees. As a woman I dread taking my car anywhere for fear that I will be talked into something I don’t need. The guys at Firestone were extremely professional and respectful, and I will definitely be returning!!!

View on GoogleWent in for an oil change, inspection, alignment, and rotation... because they didnt properly align the front the last time, we had to buy 2 new tires. They called at 4:50pm and said they will be done in 10 minutes (we live 25 mins away)...got there and he said he closed the register and we had to come back... went back next morning and the car wasnt done. Something broke when they did the alignment... Moe was the better person and helped a lot, but their lack of communication and professionalism says a lot about how they value customers. Buying new tires because they didnt do their job was enough.

Able to explain everything to me so that i understood. Mo made sure that all my issues were checked and triple checked prior to me leaving. Overall made up for the previous issue!
