I have been going to Cleve-Hill for a few years now and they are the first shop that I really trust! They're always friendly, professional and fair priced. They never try to sell you on repairs that aren't necessary, but they do give you a heads up on repairs that are going to be needed in the future. Today, i went in for a tire patch and Tim was great! He had me in and out in about 20 minutes! I can't recommend Cleve-Hill enough!

I brought my car in expecting the usual stressful, overpriced repair experience and instead got treated like family from the second I walked through the door. The team was honest, professional, ridiculously knowledgeable, and somehow managed to make my car run better than when I first bought it. Not only did they diagnose the issue faster than any other shop I’ve dealt with, but they explained everything in a way that actually made sense without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The pricing was more than fair, the turnaround time was insanely quick, and the attention to detail was next level. You can tell these guys genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. My car drives like an absolute dream now. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle after this experience. If you’re debating where to go, stop looking and bring your car here. This place deserves every single one of these 5 stars and then some.

Tucker at the front desk was fantastic—he took the time to truly listen to my concerns about my Equinox and I never felt rushed. They replaced a hose that was missing, did a synthetic oil change, and 4 brand new tires all while staying strictly within my budget. The team is informative, the payment options are great, and I finally have a shop I can trust. Highly recommend Tucker and the whole team! My equinox is riding so well again..Thank you so much guys!! View on GoogleI've been a Cleve Hill customer in Hamburg for a dozen years. Always a friendly greeting. Work is completed on time and at a reasonable price compared to other shops. I like it when they tell me when something is near replacement time so i can prepare for it. If they tell me something needs repair/replacement, I believe it.
View on GoogleFrom the time I arrived to the time I was done I was informed about everything that I needed as well as what needed to be done soon. The technician Jordan was very thorough!! Unlike Pep Boys which is where I have gone to for all my auto repairs and service for years I did not feel like they were just trying to upsell things to me. I received a text showing pictures of everything that was looked over and it was sorted into 3 categories. What was good, needed right away and things that needed to be done but not right away. Pep Boys always told me how things would take and they have the app where you can check the progress on the service and it was never updated. The one time I was told an hour and after 3 hours I finally asked what was going on with the repair and I got the same response oh it's almost done. I won't be going back to Pep Boys! I highly recommend Clevehill auto and tire!!! I'm sorry but I can't remember the gentleman's name at the front desk but he was very helpful and informative!!
