Been looking for an honest repair shop after being scammed at a couple locations so I decided to go here to get an oil change. I was delighted to see that the manager was a woman who was very polite and had a good memory of what was needed. She made me feel welcomed and at ease of not being scammed. I think I will be choosing this Monroe location for all of my future vehicle needs.

I had a bolt in my tire and they were able to repair it a did not have to replace it. They were professional and honest. I would definitely use them again for any car needs and would highly recommend this business!

The Manager Nate is excellent to work with. He takes the time to describe in great detail of what needs to be done. Doesn't force recommendations onto his customers. Works at a great pace, and will inform you of any issues that comes up other than what's being worked on! Definitely will return for any further work!

I went in for an oil change, I chose Monro because I found a coupon on their website so an oil change for $50. I went in and showed the coupon to the manager who was working the desk. He told me that it “wasn’t a coupon” and that it was “showing the price of the oil change service” and said that he wasn’t sure if the oil I needed would qualify for the coupon. Okay no problem. I’m sitting there with two other women waiting for our vehicles. Come to find out they switched up the services that me and another women were supposed to get. Inside of an oil change I got a tire alignment and she got my oil change. The manager says no problem we’ll be getting both services for free since we sat there for over an hour. Great, they do an inspection (which was included with the service) they document the wrong mileage on my car (mind you I gave them the correct mileage). Then I’m charged nearly $100 for the oil change that I was told was going to be free because of the inconvenience, then I’m looking at the receipt and the oil I got should have qualified for the coupon. Never again, stay away from this place!!!

Went in for an alignment, Tire mounting, and Inspection First Red Flag: was failed on inspection for "Brakes & Rotors" When I replaced them all I found that I should never have been failed in the first place for pads or rotors as both were in acceptable range Second Red Flag: Was told both the inspection machine and the Alignment machine were "down", but since I needed to come back for the inspection anyway that wasn't an issue but they would need to bring my vehicle to another location for alignment. I drive a manual and when I got back the smell of burnt clutch was so pungent that it burned my nose when inside the car. 3rd Red Flag: When I looked at my receipt I was double charged for the tire mounting, so when I went back to finish the inspection I asked about the refund, Manager confirmed and then I watched him call his district manager to see how to process a refund. After getting off the phone he told me it would be up to 10 business days to process the refund. Loandbehold I never got my partial refund. I chose this place because I needed basic services done ASAP and they failed to deliver this in all manner, I should have waited and gone to my regular mechanic
