Tony is fantastic -got us in next day, and got our car to pass nys after showing us what the issues were. Didn't feel rushed or brushed off at all, took the time to show us and explain why we needed all the repairs we ended up getting

I bought a vehicle from their shop & had to come back about a week later due to needing an oxygen sensor on it and they literally fixed it within 24 hours with no issue. Every single person that works there is so polite understanding and have great communication & patience! I’m thankful to have found them & been able to work with them. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

Always great service and reasonable pricing. These guys are amazing schedule an appointment is simple and easy. Drop the vehicle off. It’s ready by the end of the day.

Tony and the mechanics are all very nice, easy to talk to and respectful. They have done great work on many of our vehicles but the repair price is always around $500. Until the most recent repair work, all was ok. We purchased a Smart car from them for our daughter’s graduation. A couple months later, brought it in for repairs. We waited 2+ weeks for tires. First, we were told $385 for changing & balancing 2 tires. I thought we would pick it up that day or the next because they are always busy. 1st week past, we called, mechanic said it wasn’t ready. 2nd week, we called and was told the new total is $460. This is due to a sensor that broke while they were changing the tire or something. Sounds fishy, especially cause Tony’s out due to covid. 2 back tires on a smart car almost $500, again. The woman was rude when we asked her to let us know next time when something causes the price to change, as my husband is out of work for the summer. She got mad and said, “don’t bring your car in if you can’t afford the repairs and don’t come back if…” my husband said God bless you and hung up. Again, Tony and the guys are great but the office lady needs to learn how to communicate respectfully and act in a professional manner at all times. Good customer service is important to all businesses. Other than the woman, I’d easily give them 4-5 stars but because of her, I don’t think they will retain loyal customers. UPDATE: after we got the car back, on our way home, I heard noises like something was about to break. We went back, they drove it, heard nothing. My husband drove it home because I felt it was unsafe. It sat for about a week while waiting for my daughter to finish high school and prep for her road test. We took it out for a practice drive and the car would not go in reverse. I called the shop, the lady said it’s probably the transmission. It was fine before we got the tires done, how could the transmission suddenly go? New UPDATE: After speaking with another mechanic, and smart car owner, and Googling info, my husband found a fuse housing box was tampered with. I believe it’s located near the battery. When we picked the car up from the shop, the floor was open, exposing the battery. We asked the mechanic to fix it. He came out, apologized and said he thought he already did that. We thought nothing of it at that time but now… Someone, likely the lady, purposefully tried to damage it because the housing unit looked beat and scratched up. It looks like someone took a screwdriver and jabbed around the area. Fortunately, my husband was able to get the fuse back in and figured out a way to keep it in place. Our daughter was able to take and pass her test!!! About a year or so later, 2 great mechanics quit because of the office lady being disrespectful to them too. Beware, that lady has issues. She may purposefully damage your vehicle and you wouldn’t know it or be able to prove it and it could end up costing you a lot in repairs. Needless to say, we stopped going there.
