Dunn Tire & Auto

I went to Dunn Tires because it was very convenient to me and where I work. The repairs were efficient as was the communication about what was needed. I have no complaints with the work done. However I do feel like their services are over priced (an oil change was almost the same price as Valvoline). As I was in a time pinch I was still open to them doing my services (and would do so again if I had similar time constraints).

Went to my 8am appointment and they were already open at 745 and took me right in. The man at the desk named Branden was amazing super nice and very knowledgeable. I will send everyone I know to them. Great job Branden

Had alignment checked and 2 passenger side tires needed balancing. Very satisfied suv driving better. Professional and courteous.

When I finally brought the car in for tires it was great. The Uber service was a huge help for me in dropping off the car - nice touch! The only reason for 4 stars is they never called me when my tires came in. I had to call them Otherwise very good

I've dealt with the Gates location about a handful of times personally for my company car. They can't ever seem to find our tires that we store there, they can't ever seem to find our billing account. I've heard this from other employees as well about the service. We've had to pay on our own credit cards and get reimbursed from our company, even though I have a voicemail saved from Scott the manager indicating our account is in tact and yet they still can't find it. They claim everything was switched over correctly after a system change, but found our company car listed under the name of our IT guy and not under the company. I called a few times prior to bringing it in this last time to confirm everything and still said this morning they the tires "should be there" and yet my boss had to use her personal credit card again. They don't smile, they don't communicate while trying to figure out anything. Every time I go in, there are more customers complaining. I have zero trust. I certainly will not be going there with my own personal vehicle, as I always did in the past.
