Crash Champions Collision Repair Gates

I had my 2017 Chevy Trax LT for my driver's side door for repair from a accident! I am very pleased of the service and care of my car and a very quick time frame of work that needed to be done to my car! It was very nice of the repair guys to wash my car and cleaned the inside! My car smells like a new car now! Thanks Crash Champions for your service! Will choose you again!!

Service King, I have to say the name sounds hokey but in the end they are the king of service. My new truck with a special color metallic was fixed and looks new again. I was worried they wouldn't match it or the front headlight would look different than the other one. You Cant even tell!!! And their service is genuinely like they treat you like royalty. I dropped my truck off they had the rental car waiting and they were done within a week and a day early. They really do rule!!!

My wife's Mazda CX-5 was recently damaged at her work's parking lot, and the negligent driver's insurance carrier had her bring her vehicle to Crash Champions for the repair work. Her front bumper cover was damaged, as well as the passenger side front light assembly. The service advisor at Crash Champions texted her daily on the status of her vehicle. When my wife and I picked up her vehicle, I was relieved to see that the paint work was done perfectly, which is no easy feat when matching Mazda's Soul Red Crystal paint color. My wife and I are pleased with the work done at Crash Champions Collision Repair, and the excellent service and communication that we received from them.

The work was excellent and they kept me informed on how the work was going. They had to wait for parts and they kept me informed on when they would be coming in. Very nice people to deal with. I would highly recommend them!

Let me start with my experience with Crash Champion Collision was extremely poor. first, what was quoted in terms of timeline of completion from two other collision places being 5 to 6 days of work turned out to be over 6 weeks of work when bringing my vehicle to Crash Champion. Either they didn't start the work when i dropped off my vehicle or they didn't know what they were doing. My pickup date got extended five times throughout this project, several times I was told by the manager that my vehicle would be ready the next day and it wasn't. -Pros Crash Champion did take ownership to an extent, which i am greatful for, by providing one week of car rental for me, however I had already paid almost $800 covering car rental for the previous weeks my vehicle was being worked on. When I picked up my vehicle the work that was completed seemed like it was done correctly however my engine control light on my Dash which was related to my exhaust repair issue which they installed was still on and now requires me to bring it to the dealership to get that taken care of. Since those lights were related to the problem that they were working on I felt that should have been corrected while they had it. Now my vehicle will be going back into the shop in order to get that corrected. This has been an extremely poor experience and I would highly not recommend them. This was just plainly unacceptable and i should have just taken it to the dealership to begin with. Lesson learned.
