I highly recommend Russo Brothers for their car repairs and inspection. My son’s BMW was repaired to perfection! Great and helpful staff.

Overall my experience with Russo Brothers Auto Collision Center, Inc. was terrible. Too start both the secratary and manager were extremely rude too me and then had the audacity too beg me for a 5 star review. After the work was done i noticed many scratches all over my car, which the manager of course denied. Along with my brand new car being scratched i also noticed things missing from my car, which he also denied. When asked about both the scratches and the missing items he claimed that the damage was on my front bumper and further scratches could not have been his shop. Fortunately for me the Toyota app provides real time alerts proving he lied to my face. My doors were left unlocked overnight and had to lock them myself far after the shop closed at one in the morning. Do not do business here 0/10

Bottom Line: Russo Brothers’ work quality didn’t last, and they refused to honor their advertised lifetime guarantees. I want to share my experience so others can make more informed decisions. In 2007, Russo Brothers did body work on my garage-kept car. About five years later, the paint started peeling. Their website advertises a lifetime paint guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle. When I contacted them in 2025, they refused the repair, saying the company that worked on my car had been dissolved and replaced with a “new” one around 2015. Yet, the business still uses very similar name (then: "Russo Brothers Collision Repair Center," now: "Russo Brothers Auto Collision Center, Inc."), the same location, phone number, and branding (the building sign) and even promotes itself as family-owned and operated since 1956. As an active duty service member since 2003, I trusted their promise of quality work and materials but couldn’t return sooner due to my military duties. This experience raises serious questions about how their pledged lifetime guarantees are really honored. If you’re considering this shop, I strongly recommend pressing them on the details of their guarantees and company history before committing, so you are not taken advantage of in a potentially vulnerable situation, like in my case.

I can’t recommend Russo Brothers enough! Not only was the repair done quickly, but the quality of their work was great. My car drives like brand new, which I was worried about. The staff was super friendly, answering all my questions and keeping me updated throughout the process. Every time I called, someone picked up right away—I never had to wait forever to talk to a real person, which was such a relief. To top it all off, they detailed my car before I picked it up, which was such a nice surprise! This level of service is hard to come by— hopefully I won’t have to but I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs if something happens again!

Sandy and Jerry run the best auto repair shop on the Island! Honest, reasonable, knowledgeable, easy to deal with - and their team does a great job. They repaired my car after my accident and it truthfully looks better than before. Also, they are experts in dealing with insurance companies which really makes your easier. If you need a repair & want a positive and stress-free experience visit this place and you won’t be disappointed!
