These guys and gal are the absolute best! My eight year old car looks brand new. They educated me about what my rights are concerning the insurance company. They expedited the repair knowing my insurance would only cover so many days of a rental car. And they even cleaned and detailed the interior of my car. I will ALWAYS choose Alpha Omega. I recently purchased a vehicle from carvana that needed the floor repaired . Carvana sent me a list of repair shops in their network , and After talking and stopping at the shops,I realized alpha omega was by far the better shop. I was met by a very friendly staff and was introduced to Ken who walked outside and took a bunch of pictures and said he will contact carvana then get back to me . After approval for the work to get done it was dropped off at alpha omega . It was a big job thar took awhile to repair and Ken kept me up to date the whole time, and if I had any questions they were answered right away ,.I never had to leave a message or call back they answered the phone every time, which to me was a major plus . The work came out beautiful and if I need any work in the future it will be with them .

John has done repairs on my vehicles, past and present. He and his staff are friendly, down to earth and professional. John always takes his time to talk to me so that I understand each step of the process including setting me up with my car rentals. He always gets the job done in a timely manner, with the concern of how long I rented another vehicle while mine was being repaired. My vehicle came out beautiful and I was completely satisfied.
