John was excellent in helping to fix my car after an unfortunate accident. The service and attention to my needs were great. I really appreciated everyone's effort to get my car fixed as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend!

After my parked car was struck by a garbage truck, I was unsure of what to do next. My father recommended Combined Auto, and I am so incredibly glad I took his advice. From the moment I walked in, Jackie was an absolute angel. She went above and beyond, personally helping me navigate the frustrating insurance process, assisting with the rental car, and keeping me updated every step of the way. Her knowledge, kindness, and professionalism made a difficult situation so much easier to handle. I picked up my car this morning and was blown away. The repair and paint job are immaculate! It looks like nothing ever happened. I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and attention my car (and I!) received. I will only be going to Combined Auto for any future repairs. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work and genuinely compassionate service.

I've had 2 of my vehicles repaired at Combined, once last year 2022 and twice this year 2023. I was completely satisfied with the job they did 100%. Also, Jaclyn and Marcela went above and beyond what's required and dealt with the insurance company to have my claim settled. Combined Auto Collision is fantastic A+ Service. Prompt, professional, honest, and reliable. I brought it my 2026 Volvo XC90 to be fixed from a realy bad rear-end accident. They helped me with insurance claim, and getting a loaner. JOHN the manager is professional, JACKIE the office personnel is courteous and kept me updated all the time. Best of all they finished 2 weeks before scheduled. Highly recommend for all body work and mechanical issues due to any accidents. A ++

Where do I begin; Jacklyn rocks! She is solid, staunch, prompt, assertive, Bad SSA! If You need a body repair on your vehicle, it does not matter where you reside, in Nassau, Suffolk, hell, I'll go as far as saying the 5 boroughs, do not hesitate to bring your vehicle to Combined Auto Collision.
