We recently had our vehicle repaired here after an accident, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The quality of the repair work was excellent — the car looks brand new again — and they even returned it cleaned inside and out, which was such a nice surprise. What really sets Red Mill apart, though, is their customer service. We had purchased a trailer hitch which happened to arrive while the car was in the shop and asked on a whim if they could install it. Not only did they take care of it, but they did it on the house. That kind of above-and-beyond service is incredibly rare today. The staff was helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process, and they even handled returning the rental car to Enterprise for us. We couldn’t be happier with the work or the experience. Highly recommend Red Mill Auto — they’ve absolutely earned our trust and future business.

Needed body work after a fender-bender accident. State Farm recommended Red Mill Auto for the repair and they did an excellent job. It was done on time and the car looked great and like new. This was the second time they did a repair for me and I would go back again if needed in the future. (hopefully not too soon…)

Honestly, I don’t usually write reviews but not taking the time to write this review would be a crime to myself and to RedMill. The staff here at RedMill are fantastic ! A situation that started off as deeply upsetting because my new car was hit , turned into a great deal of happiness when RedMill restored my car to its original look.
