I cannot speak highly enough of the prompt, excellent, and reasonable service I received from Matt and his team at this auto repair shop. While driving through New York State on vacation, my fender became extremely loose. I pulled over in East Greenbush, NY and found this Auto Advantage online. Matt’s team fixed my fender quickly, expertly, and reasonably, and I was able to continue my family vacation immediately with no further problems. He went out of his way to help me when my car and I needed it the most, and I will never forget his kindness to me.

Best in the business for all mechanical, electrical, diagnostic, and all around vehicle needs. Mike and his crew are the best, quickest, and most honest mechanics going. Mike tell's you exactly what your car needs to be repaired properly and that's it, no up-sells like most other mechanical shops out there. He has repaired numerous vehicles for my entire family and I and have never been disappointed. I have been recommending Auto Advantage to everyone for years and will continue to do so.

Honest place to bring your vehicle. They are always busy which is a good sign. No nonsense, they know what they are doing. BTW, Mike is an electrical wizard. Don't bother with the dealer if you have an electrical problem, this is the place to go. Over the years they have done a lot of work on my cars and the cars of my friends. We are always satisfied. Between my friends and me, we can pretty much do any job on cars but when you find an honest repair shop, there is no need. Mike and his employees know what they are doing and can save you the time and aggravation of doing it yourself. I am so glad I found this place.

They’ll never see any of my cars there again. I was referred by family who had a good experience, however my experience was far from good in fact I wish I could leave zero stars. I understand I have a classic but they could’ve told me they weren’t interested instead of leaving it sit there for three weeks never touching it once. I called countless times was always told the mechanic, Nick, was out and would return my call. Not once was a call returned. I finally did catch up with him once and he said they were afraid to test drive it to see what my second issue was and asked if I could come take them for a ride, Which I did. When I arrived to do the test drive Nick was waiting on a customer, but I had the day off told him to take his time. But instead he went inside and came out with a different mechanic to go on the ride with me. A mechanic who was not working on my car. Another week went by and I hadn’t heard anything. So I called to see if he started on the car and identified the problem, again no return calls constantly being told he was out and would call me back. Finally a week later on Friday I just went there to see for myself. The car was still sitting there. A mechanic was alone working on a different car. I asked what was going on with my car, although it was obvious nothing because it was still sitting. His response was I’m going to be honest with you we haven’t touched it at all. So I took it that day.They showed no interest in trying to help me determine what was wrong with my car or get it fixed. Professionalism? They don’t know the meaning of it. It wasn’t bad enough they didn’t return my calls but not once did they call me to let me know what was going on, or at least say we don’t have the knowledge or tools to work on your car come and get it. The window was down the car was filthy Dusty inside and out . The initial problem was to diagnose a brand new engine for warranty purposes to let the company I bought it from know that it was faulty. Instead they said yeah it shakes so you might want to take it to a machine shop and have it torn apart. This shows they didn’t even listen to me. I left them all the information for the warranty company to work with them. They never even called them, just told me to go spend more money someplace else. They lost a very good potential customer because I own many cars.
