Automotive Calibration Solutions

This repair shop has repeatedly promised delivery of my automobile, then reneged on the promise when I finally got the car back after a year It had the same problem with the transmission it had before. they’d use my $7000 payment from my warranty. I took the car back. they promised me a new transmission, not the rebuilt one. now they’ve had my car for two years and they won’t return or pick up my phone calls. If you need your car do not have it repaired in here thank God this is my third automobile. If you have had problems with them file with the New York State Attorney General. They can pull their license to do repair business. I’ve started that process that’s free. I’m also retaining council at my expense to recover damages depreciation. And the aggravation of not having my automobile for two years! During this entire process, I’ve completed a project in the Hudson Valley and moved back to my home state so now they won’t respond at all. I have to take out my time money and expense to recover my vehicle. It’s still not repaired.

Paid 1400$ for a water pump for my car .. unbeknownst to me, they did not replace it. Just had ny mechanic tell me it’s the original water pump in my car not a new one . I felt with Matt who was nice , but he’s not there anymore . Esteem pump starting leaking 4 months ago so whatever they did 1.5 ago just sealed it or something . I called and ripped by the shop with no call back to date .

To start off was given a price before the work, then when they called and said it was ready, the price changed $220 bucks, I let it go. I went to pick my vehicle up and pull my truck out and it doesn't move, granted it wasn't something they did but they knew the transmission wasn't working(needed fluid from a leak) wouldn't you say to a customer hey we pulled your vehicle out of the bay and it was barely moving something is wrong with your transmission? Instead I was told "hey I fixed what we were supposed to". I asked did you notice something was wrong with the transmission when you pulled it out and parked it? I was told "yeah but I can point out hundreds of things on your vehicle". They have no regard for anything other than getting paid, sad!

so I had a couple of appointments with this company. The first appointment I scheduled was 2 weeks in advance. On the appointment day, i drove 1.5 hrs, came, and the check-in guy said they don't have an owner who can recalibrate the car. I went back home 1.5 hour drive with nothing done. The next appointment was really fine, but I expected to pay between $150-$250 they charged me $432 pretty much more than a honda dealer. anyways I was satisfied with the results. The third appointment I brought 19 golf with radar problem, they fixed very fast last then an hour, I paid $270 for that. but the same day, I went 1.5 hours back home, and after a couple of hours later, I started driving, and the same code popped up. I called, and they said you have to change the bracket or radar and spend another hundred to potentially fix the problem. I didn't hear anything about warranty or customer service. I ended up with a small local dealer for $20 and insignificant computer adjustment. I have feelings they scammed me.

Solid work done to my car. My car needed a new motor, these guys worked with the warranty company I have and they were able to get my car done in 2 days. Highly recommend!!!!
