If you read one review about Compass Automotive, this is the one. I've been coming to this place for about a year now. Every time I go, they make sure I know what's going on with the car. Most of the services I've had have been minor. The kindness, very reasonable pricing, and speed of service have been my favorite parts of coming here. But now I can tell you why I'm a lifetime customer. I know that it may have been great service, luck, or a combination of both. I knew I needed a clutch replacement. I had it done two years ago at another "trustworthy" place and had issues since. I thought I needed to spend 6k to replace the transmission. I thought I needed to replace more than that. After a day and a half of hard labor on the car, they replaced all the major components related to the clutch. I knew there was a good chance that a gear and differential issue wouldn't be solved by a clutch. They called me to inform me of transmission fluid like mud and components that likely weren't changed the last time around. They finished the job, charged me a most fair price, and the issues I had previously are not even noticeable. I know I have to replace the transmission for it to be "perfect", but it feels like a brand new transmission. I know Google only allows 5 stars, but the rating I give them is: Feed These Guys A Steak Dinner Everyday!

I was having some car issues and the locals highly recommended Compass Auto. After going I see why. Kevin was incredibly kind and he and the other techs went out of their way to help me and work with my mildly chaotic work schedule to get me in. View on GoogleCan’t recommend Kevin and his team enough. They’ve had my Jeep in there multiple times now and they always do a quality job in the time they quoted. Kevin went through and personally curated multiple quotes for different systems and options and made it a very easy process even when faced with adversities like seals leaking in re install or seized bolts , very forthcoming and honest from the start . Nothing to complain about I’ve always been taken of.
View on GoogleI went to Compass Auto for a Pre-Purchase Inspection. They were super kind, knowledgeable, and explained everything the car needed/would need. I didn't end up buying the car, but if I ever look in the area again, Compass will be my go-to. They took me out to the shop to show me what will be needed. I was only there for half an hour or so and they did not want any payment. They just said being good and kind and honest is what will bring people in. 5 out of 5 stars and would 1000 percent go back.

From ordering the tires to installing and balancing them, Kevin and his team at Compass Automotive excelled. I obtained a very convenient appointment, and did not have to wait very long at all for the installation and balancing. I'm very pleased with not only the new tires, but also the first-rate service provided by Compass Automotive."
