I had 9:30 appointment. Got my truck in right away. I was thinking that is great, wrong!! Noone started working on truck until 11:00. I was there until almost 1:00. Didn't get a readout before or after alignment. Mechanic didn't appear to know exactly what he was doing? He slammed tools on floor and slammed truck door. He may be in need of more training? Pretty sure I will not be back.

They keep to my appointment time, they're personable, very knowledgeable, answer all my questions and treat me with respect always. I never feel as though I have been taken advantage of and will continue to take my 2009 car there as long as its on the road. I highly recommend.
View on GoogleThe assistant manager was incredibly respectful and informative. I went in for an oil change & tire rotation. He and his staff did my oil change and then called to let me know the inside of my tires are worn down and that if I’m not ready to replace them, that he didn’t recommend a tire rotation at this time because it could cause shakiness while driving. I really appreciated that information and that there was no pressure to purchase new tires right then and there. Great service - customer and vehicle.

View on GoogleI had a weird issue with my headlights. Called up and explained the issue, and John got me in the very same day. Issue was resolved quickly and the price was more than fair. I haven't felt good hometown customer service like this in a long time, and I truly appreciated it. Highly recommend this Monro and I will return for future services!! If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! Thanks so much for helping me today.
