Grand Premier Tire & Custom Wheel

These guys are the best! My wheel was ruined after I hit a crater of a pothole. They put my spare on for me, ordered the replacement, AND got me in and out fast once it came in. The techs are friendly and efficient, and Mark and Allen at the front desk were very helpful and knowledgeable. Love it here!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience getting new tires for my Tahoe and will definitely recommend Grand Premier Tire in East Greenbush to anyone looking for a good tire shop. The ability to just show up without an appointment is crucial for me as someone with a packed yet unpredictable schedule. But on top of that, everyone was terrific, helpful and informative, and no one tried to upsell or pressure me into spending more money than I needed. I think what I paid was very reasonable and in line with what I've seen online since then. When I went the first time for rear tires they were pretty busy, but they still got me in and out quickly. When I went back last week for the fronts, I got to stay in my vehicle while they replaced and rotated my tires, so I saw first hand why it was so fast! I will be back again (but hopefully not for a while)!

If you are in the market for wheels, tires, an alignment, lift kit, after market accessories, TPMS sensors, even something as minor as needing to get a tire plugged or a flat repaired and you are thinking of going anywhere besides Grand Premiere you are doing it wrong. I met the manager Chris about 4 or 5 years ago and refuse to bring my trucks anywhere else. Service starts from the top and trickles down, family owned company and the manager my dude Chris goes out of his way to take care of you!! The techs have the knowledge and experience in the garage!! Even if a problem came up after getting anything done at the shop, Chris/techs will do anything possible to resolve the issue and make sure you are leaving as a happy customer. Even something irrelevant to the work you are getting done, like the owners of Grand Premiere treat their employees at the shop really well. Only shop around where all the techs/employees are all in nice and new vehicles. Also now that I’ve thought about it, I’ve never heard a negative thing said about the company. Not to mention they’ve been around since the 70s and are still going strong. Hands down the best tire shop in the state, service is top tier, affordable prices for the most part. Pictures below are of the most recent vehicles I’ve brought in to get new/bigger wheels and tires and couldn’t be happier!! Not looking at you as just a number or how much money they can make from you. They truly want to make sure you are leaving a happy customer. I would give the shop 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend. Whoever left anything below a 5 star review is truly on drugs or doesn’t understand how the service industry works. Probably a bunch of Karen lmao.

Do not go here. They are scam artists and losers. They said they balanced my tires but did absolutely nothing… No weight added. Nothing. Go down the road to Schodak Tire. They are pleasant, professional and a way better deal!!! Like, %50… They also left some sticky crap all over my car and didn’t tell me that my tires were starting to wear through.

Brought my Viper there to have tires put on - it was hard to find a place to install them because of the size of the rims/tires. I have to say, wow - their customer service was amazing and their mechanics are super nice, super good at what they do and very careful with your car. Actually looks like a fun place to work too, if you guys are ever looking for a part timer let me know ;)~
