Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I just went there for a oil change and I couldn't have asked for a better experience all 3 guys who worked on my car where helpful, friendly and explained everything way past expected. From start to finish was a amazing job well done

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at Valvoline. The three team members I worked with went above and beyond by clearly explaining everything that needed attention, from the air filter to the engine filter. They were efficient, professional, and made me feel confident that my car was being well taken care of. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would like to thank Andrew, Fabian, and Rylan for their outstanding work.

Had a 3pm appointment for my inspection. I get there and the Valvoline guy looks around and then tells me he can’t do it because the machine happens to be down right now. No one called to tell me. What was the point of making an appointment? Then he tells me he can’t do it until next week because he’s not sure when the system will come back up. When I said next week was too late he says come back Sunday. They just didn’t want to do it. If that’s the case there’s no need for appointments. Lied right to my face.

Not only were they courteous and friendly, they were also very knowledgeable, informative and patient. All of them look you in the eyes when they spoke to you and sincerely listened when you spoke to them. Overall a very pleasant experience, that you don’t find too often these days.

Fabian did a great job, checked everything he needed to check and change my oil quickly and efficiently. Everything went quickly and in perfect order. I could not be more pleased.
