We highly recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care in Wappingers. Noah provided all the information on the quality, type, and cost of the tires so we could make an informed decision. He also gave us payment options and ways to save money. We got an excellent set of tires for a very reasonable price. The service was done the same day even though we didn’t have an appointment.

Ever since the recent change of management the service at Firestone has improved immensely. Noah especially has been an excellent new adviser and goes beyond what’s requested to guarantee and make a good experience even though car repairs can be stressful. The new customer oriented experience and taking the time to explain is greatly appreciated. .They are very accommodating and have done excellent work on my car.

Definitely a wonderful experience! If I could give more stars, I would. I came in there for a sound issue I was having. The new Manager, Jeff K, made me feel so comfortable to walk in and talk about what it could be. The whole team he had really helped too! Anyway - he was recommending that fix on the issue, but in doing so - it may interfere with another part. Regardless he explained the process, was very polite, and let’s be honest - this environment can make a woman feel uncomfortable- not this time! Thank you Jeff at Firestone! Even though he was short handed (which I know the store has been dealing with that) - he communicated through the process and timing and was able to take care of me. Car sounds so much better!

Very unprofessional experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care located at 1840 South Road in Wappingers Falls on February 27, 2026. I had a 1:00 PM appointment and returned at 3:00 PM to pick up my vehicle. The front desk staff informed me that the rear brake discs needed to be replaced. I agreed and specifically asked how long it would take. I was clearly told it would be finished in less than one hour. After waiting over an hour, I checked again and was told by the manager that it would take another two hours. When I explained that the front desk staff gave me a one-hour estimate, the manager denied saying that and claimed he didn’t know anything about it. The staff member who gave me the incorrect information was standing right there and did not apologize or take responsibility. There was no accountability, no apology, and no respect for my time. Clear communication and honesty are basic expectations in customer service. Unfortunately, this location failed in both areas. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

My wife and I have been taking our cars here for many years and have noticed a steep decline in customer service over the past 24 months. This latest fiasco is our last straw. I booked an inspection/oil change/tire rotation appointment a week in advance and explained that I'd need the car back in the afternoon. The call taker said it wouldn't be a problem and to drop the car off the night before. I dropped off my car the evening before and left my key in the drop box as instructed. The next morning, I get the first call around 10am, asking if I was still coming to the appointment. I explained that the key is in the box and the car is out front. The shop had been open for hours at this point and no one checked the drop box yet??? After confirming that my car was still there, I was told it would be brought right in. I called again at 12:30pm to ask about the status and was told that the car hadn't been on the lift yet. I explained again that I needed to get the car back soon. I was told that they were very busy, so I reminded them that I had a morning appointment. I was then told they would try their best to get it on the lift soon. I called again at 4:30pm and was told that the car hadn't been on the lift yet. I told them to not bother at this point. The whole experience was one red flag after another. I understand that unforeseen delays can happen, but this is not that. This is a clear case of poor management and abysmal customer service. To make matters worse, even their corporate customer service was a dud. I called the main Firestone number, spent 15 minutes on hold until I reached a really nice rep. She started a case for me and said that a manager would be in touch within 2 business days to discuss the issue. It's been over a week and no contact has been made yet. Unless you enjoy headaches, do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
