I don’t understand how companies have no remorse on what they do to people. One more time I’ll explain how vicious and evil they can be. The first time I took my car to that shop it was for replacing the suspension system air compressor and oil leaking ,they told me that I needed to remove both valve cover gaskets and also that I needed to replace the dry belts. For the compressor I was charged 1,991, for the gasket 3,931,and for the belt 534.81. They said the coolant pipe was also leaking which charged me 704.64,Total was 7,606.05. I never complained for what they charged me , I accepted it bc I was trusting them and I wanted my car to be done correctly , and also wanted a shop trustworthy to where I could go back, but that was a huge mistake all that money wasn’t enough for them . They had my car for a month , when supposedly the car was done I went to get it and not even a week later my car was giving signals that something was off with the coolant pipe. I looked at my driveway and it was full of antifreeze meaning it was still leaking . So I called James and he told me to bring it back and that they were going to run another test . And charge me almost $200 and I asked why since it was checked already the first time and he said I wasn’t going to get charged. I checked my bill and it was $852.81 mind you the first time my car was there for the coolant I was charged $704.64. So if it’s the same job why is this bill higher than the first? So how can I bring my car back to that shop , I have no idea what they’re really doing , this is sick and evil. None of the jobs that they said they did in my car was done , it’s literally still broken .But that’s okay, there is One up there that sees everything, no matter what consequences will always come. Look at my driveway , my driveway was done 4 months ago and look at all of the spots when supposedly all the jobs in the car was “done”And now my engine light is on, the last time I picked up my car that same day was when the engine light came on, didn’t even pass 24hrs ironic. Brought my B8.5 Audi A4 in for a bad CV joint. They worked with my warranty conpany, although the warranty company refused to cover the repair. The shop was great and was able to get a quality aftermarket axle and installed it quickly! Do not EVER buy a used car warranty from Continental. They do not cover the axle if the boot has a tear in it - pretty much the only way and axle goes bad.

Foreign Car Specialists went out of their way to provide outstanding service. Their anti-rust undercarriage work is great, and the quality and attention to detail really show. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional service.

This was my 2nd visit to Foreign Car Specialists. Lisa and James are easy to work with and getting an appointment is not difficult. They thoroughly go over the Car, and then we prioritize what work to do first and what can wait for a future visit. My car is 36 years old, so there's many items that need attention. As a "Car enthusiast "I really feel comfortable doing business with Foreign Car Specialists.
