Probilt Transmissions

My initial review would have been excellent on the transmission rebuild for my 2010 Impala. But two and half years and 35,000 miles later I developed issues and the owner said he would have to do it again for another $3,000. The first rebuild was $3,400. No thanks. Be cautious using this shop for transmission issues.

We had our Ram Promaster’s transmission rebuilt here after it failed on us. Steve took the time to explain everything well and even upgraded some parts of the transmission that are known to fail from the manufacturer. The van is running great after 1k miles. Great bunch of guys, Steve will explain everything to you and take the time with you to go over your transmission problems. Good good honest and very reasonable. I called and went in the same day for a diagnostic Steve greeted me and was outside getting codes and giving me advice as soon as I walked through the door it turned out to be an easy fix for me it was a 40 dollar sensor I'll be giving him any future work as he came off as trustworthy thank you Steve!

This shop was fantastic, the customer service, the quality of work, truly a pleasure dealing with. Had an issue with a splash shield failing after due to old oem clips not seating after performing work, unfortunately shield got destroyed on road, not only did Steve, the owner, offer us to bring it right in and fix no question, but he even bought the OEM part from ford. Would recommend to anyone. Honest great work. He got the trans rebuilt with upgraded parts within less than 5 days, half of what I thought it would take. Thank you Probilt! UPDATE. 4 months later now, transmission produced a small leak, called up Steve, he said bring it right in, within A DAY, they had it in the shop, transmission already removed, and new part on he way. Had a faulty factory weld on the torque converter. They even took the entire transmission apart to confirm nothing was damaged from possible lower fluid. 2 days later trucks fixed. I was very greatful, and Steve was more concerned about the inconvinience it may have presented. Nicest people, great business, great quality work. Thank you again ProBilt!
