I am absolutely moved to write a glowing review for Hudson view collision! I was in my first bigger accident and was so stressed about it all. honestly by the time I made it to the shop I was pretty torn up from the stress of dealing with insurance and an aggressive driver. Once here, Paulie and Pat put me at such ease, they made me feel like everything was going to be fine and they would take care of the rest. They clearly care very much about the job they do and the people they are working with. I experienced excellent and prompt communication with them via email and phone. Even though it took a few weeks and I called multiple times to check in, Paulie was always kind to me and never sounded annoyed. They communicated with adjuster/insurance as needed without me having to be overly involved which was a relief. It felt like two kind dads looking out for a girl. My car came out great and they handled all of it perfectly. So grateful for them!!!!

Today I stopped by to ask about an accident that happend to the drivers side of my vehicle. They aided in a more than reasonable window with my drivers side door being able to open. Although my car needs much more service (all due to me), they provided courteous, careful correction so I could continue handling business. Patrick and Chris provided positive perspective. Will update once it gets repaired. This tiny 1st time experience alone speaks volumes. I'd highly recommend!
