I have a background in the auto industry for 9+ years. These guys are really friendly and helped me out with my Jetta AC. It was intermittently working. The dealer quoted me $1200 for a new AC compressor. They told me that the valves go bad on these and it was the cause most likely. Well, I went to AA auto tech with the intention of evacuating the AC and coming back for a recharge after I installed the valve. After installing the valve, I went back for a recharge but the valve completely blew out of the system. They were able to get the valve back in for me and make sure it was secured this time. During this whole transaction, they were very understanding, professional, and helpful. They did not try to up sell me and were great people. I went back to pick up the car and it was all set. I will 100% be only using them from now in the future. For all my auto needs.
