Had such a great experience with CARSTAR! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. They reassured me throughout the entire process that everything would be taken care of, and they truly delivered. My car was fixed so quickly, and they kept me updated every step of the way from start to finish. I never had to worry about a thing. Highly recommend!

Kiki exuded customer service from the beginning all the way through the day I picked up my truck! John was a pleasure to deal with and explained the repair process and went above behind to make sure I was happy with the repairs! Kiki and John made what was a terrible situation with a car accident great! I was kept in constant contact with and knew the status of my trucks repairs through the whole process! Geico suggested I come here after my car was in an accident, I was very pleased with the service I received. Communication was clear and transparent, they got me through the process as quickly as possible, and my car looks good as new! They handled everything with Geico and also would have helped me get a rental if I’d needed one. I would definitely recommend.
