I stopped in to ask if they could help me retrieve the bolt holding my solo seat in place. The woman at counter quickly sent a couple mechanics out who were able to resolve my issue quickly on the spot. I also purchased a replacement air filter, they installed the filter and took care of the seat bolt for me at no charge. Friendly customer service and very helpful mechanics. I'll definitely be bringing my bike back here for my routine service needs or other maintenance issues.

Recently had them install new bars on my bike and heated grips. Steve and crew were fantastic! I was able to schedule a time to drop my bike off and they fit it right in to their schedule. Couldn’t be happier. The installation was clean and professional! Highly recommend Oil City Customs!!!!!

I got charged 280 dollars to have two tires mounted and balanced. I needed the tubes they were 60. 20 dollars tax and 200 labor. I could have gotten all the tools to do the job myself at that price. They also don't actually balance or use weights they use ride on balancing fluid. Also they rode my bike 4 miles and it had a full tank of gas when it came in. When I left I ran out of gas and had to hit reserve after 40 miles. They also said they were trying to call me but I wouldn't pick up. My voice-mail wasn't setup but that shouldn't have prevented phone calls from anyone. All in all a huge disappointment and it would suffice to say I will not be coming back. These bikes are too easy to work on to get charged that much. For reference I paid 200 dollars at goodyear to have FIVE 31 inch tall all terrain tires mount and balanced and we know how difficult those truck tires are to get balanced right. Update: 12/13/22. After 2000 miles my rear tire needed to be replaced again and I decided to do the job myself. The tube they used is way larger than the size it should have been, and no evidence of any ride on fluid inside the old tube.
