Caliber Collision

I was very disappointed with my experience at this repair shop. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I immediately noticed paint on a portion of my car, which someone then attempted to clean in front of me after I pointed it out, but it was not successfully removed. I also noticed that the color did not match properly. When I brought up the issue, a worker tried to explain that the part did not blend seamlessly because my vehicle is older. While I understand that older paint can be more difficult to match, I do not understand why no clear attempt to properly blend the repair was made before returning the vehicle to me. I also do not understand why I had to be the one to point this out and ask about it in the first place. For a shop with such high ratings, I was honestly surprised by the obvious issues with the final result. These details should have been caught before the vehicle was presented back to me. Only after I pointed out the problems did they attempt to correct them. I received a call within an hour saying it had been fixed, but even after that, the work was still not perfect. I reported the issue to GEICO. At this point, I am still unhappy with the outcome, but I no longer had the time to wait around for additional corrections, so I took my vehicle and left. Overall, I would not recommend this repair shop. Based on my experience, please save your time and money and consider going elsewhere.

I had a little run in with a pole & took my car to Caliber in Bville, they were busy & offered to take my car to their Cicero location because it would be done quicker. My advisor, Melissa was in contact with me for updates through the entire process - she was so kind & professional! I picked up my car today & my tech Brandon did an incredible job, my car looks beautiful & is so clean. They even went the extra mile & saved a decal from my car, cleaned it & added new backing to it! Little details like that make me highly recommend them!!

The quality of work at Caliber in Cicero is amazing. This is definitely the shop to go to to have your vehicle repaired to pre accident condition. They also keep you well informed during your repairs. Very pleased with Caliber in Cicero.

I'd give 0 stars if it was possible. Terrible work, repairs had to be repaired, some work wasn't even done at all, paint had to be fixed and the service manager, I think her name was Melissa... TERRIBLE to work with. Became quite rude and unfriendly when the bad work was pointed out and requested to be fixed. Seems like that should be something an auto repair shop should be accountable for. They give you a print out and tell you that you will get a phone survey from their headquarters and if you can't rate them a 10 on every question, hang up mid survey and call them, because they will fail if rated any lower then a 10. Would not reccomend this place to anyone.
