They truly care about their customers and make the entire process seamless and stress-free. It’s hard to find an auto shop where you don’t feel pressured or taken advantage of, but that’s exactly why I keep coming back here. Honest communication, great work, and great people. If you’re looking for a reliable shop in the Clay/North Syracuse area, I highly recommend them.

It seems rare these days for places like this to exist. I have had cars serviced her for years, including my '68 GTO. I trust them with my wife's car and my daughters car. Pricing is always fair and they will work with you. I never feel like I'm getting oversold and every time I call them they are super friendly. Dave will answer questions and give recommendations. I am trusting him and his techs to make sure the people I care about most in the world continue to be as safe as possible on the road.

From the very friendly Anita taking phone calls and making appointments to the extremely capable mechanics not to mention the total honesty you get from this business. They take fantastic care of all of our vehicles and we highly recommend this place to everyone!

Took it in for a small fix (making noise), roughly $250. Two days later my check engine light goes off and vehicle still making noise (not their fault), however, when I took it in the first time, they unplugged a sensor while making that first repair causing my check engine light to turn on (their fault). For the 2nd appointment, I was instructed to leave a note in the vehicle for the technician, and in it I asked to please adjust my e-brake and to investigate a knocking sound when accelerating out of 1st gear. When I asked the guy who called to let me know the car was done about it, he started getting snappy at me about how he didn’t see the letter that I left on the passenger seat (in plain view) because they "don't go snoopin' around people's vehicles" (wha-?) He ended up calling me back saying his mechanic actually DID see the note and that my e-brake is "all frozen back there" and would need my vehicle for another whole day to fix it. Never even addressed the knocking sound, but I was so turned off by his tone that I just paid my bill and grabbed my car. Since having it back, the steering wheel is a little tough to turn and my tires are over inflated by 5 and 6lbs each. Never again.
