Buyers beware. Check your inspection stickers!!!! There are certain New York State Laws that require Used Vehicle Sales to be inspected within 30 days from the date of sale. This allows sellers to pass some emissions issues over to the customer and take no responsibility. Demand you see a new sticker installed and have a mechanic check to see if the computer has been wiped recently. I suspect CJ's to be the type of shady dealer to do this. You've been warned.

If you're looking for a no hassle buying experience, this is the place to be. The selection of vehicles was excellent and they had just what we were looking for. Our salesman Bill was extemely knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to purchase a Jeep for our son at a price that was outstanding. Wasn't able to find this vehicle cheaper in a 500 mile radius. Not only was the vehicle perfect, but the entire process to purchase the vehicle took a total of about 45 minutes. Couldn't be happier with both the selection or the buying process.

Purchased a Subaru last year from these guys and they went above and beyond to get me in my vehicle that day ( I was walking to and from work 2 hours each way every day). Now my husband needed a new vehicle and so did my brother in law. Nick stayed until 9pm doing paperwork with us so my brother in law would have a way to work tomorrow without having to Uber. I highly recommend these guys! Amazing and friendly customer service. Thank you so much Nick and Chris. We will come back for any future vehicle needs!!!

We purchased a used vehicle and within 2 days we had transmission issues. Traded them a perfect truck for a piece of garbage. The transmission company stated they will not pay for repairs as it will cost too much. Kevin stated he was going to find a used transmission and have his mechanic install it. it will cost as much to install a used transmission as it would to repair the one already in the vehicle. We know his mechanic and he is not good at all. We have a 30 day limited warranty that covers the transmission and states repairs would be made. After reading all of the reviews this place is a joke to say the least. I will not ever recommend this dealership.

I visited the Cicero location in search of a nice, affordable SUV. Nick was very knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring that I got the perfect vehicle to suit my needs. He was very professional and honest and I absolutely loved doing business with him! Great customer service!, and there were many newer, yet affordable vehicles to choose from. My vehicle is wonderful, and I would absolutely recommend doing business here and will definitely be back again if I'm in need of another vehicle!! Thannks Nick!❤
