Rob the manager was extremely helpful. I went in for an oil change and he noticed I had a nail in the tire . They swapped my donut on for me while it was getting serviced . He even helped me coordinate how to get a new tire from a different shop because of my warranty. During the oil change Rob kept leaving to just check over the garage Tech , just to make sure everything was done to a T .He's very knowledgeable and I'm very grateful for the service.

I was so pleased with my service. Such a nice young lady behind the desk and the serviceman was very efficient. I was looking for a place to get my inspection done and they were able to take me right in. Nothing like waiting till the last minute to get the inspection but I was pleasantly surprised to be able to get it done. I’ll definitely go there again.

They took care of brake job but also noticed another problem with my water pump, brought it to my attention and fixed it while I waited for my truck. Most places I would have had to wait another day or so before they got to it. Price was also reasonable. Jeff was very professional and easy to work with. I will use them again.

I called & had an appointment to have my tires (that I bought there) rotated at this place, Monro - 8252 US Rt. 11 in Cicero. The manager tells me that the middle of my tires are balding & I need new tires. He said that they could not service the vehicle to rotate my tires because of this. He didn't show me a tread depth gauge or measurement to prove this was the case with my tires. I told him I'd get a second opinion. I rate this place a 0. There was only 2 people running the business at this location. I then proceeded to call the same day another Monro business and made an appointment with the Monro in North Syracuse. They rotated my tires and never mentioned anything about my tires balding. Unbelieveable!

Came on memorial Day weekend. CJ was able to help me out without an appointment. Very friendly and informative staff work was done in a timely manor. 10/10 recommend
